Seriously, all the people in the DC area etc who are like 'OMG WE GOT LOTS OF SNOW' take a look at this. This is Dartmouth, Nova Scotia in February 2004 during a blizzard that dumped up to a yard of snow on the city. There was a curfew instated for 9pm so the city could work on clearing roads, anyone caught out after that got a $1000 fine and had their vehicle impounded.

Oh, and those two dark things in sticking up out of the snow are cars, and there are two or three others buried in there.
