
Seriously, all the people in the DC area etc who are like 'OMG WE GOT LOTS OF SNOW' take a look at this. This is Dartmouth, Nova Scotia in February 2004 during a blizzard that dumped up to a yard of snow on the city. There was a curfew instated for 9pm so the city could work on clearing roads, anyone caught out after that got a $1000 fine and had their vehicle impounded.
