Abott, The Gnoll Bard - Gnollvember - 2019
He shriek!
This is Abott, a Gnoll bard with a bit of a redemption arc backstory I'm preparing for a D&D game. And what better way to kick off my first Gnollvember!
Abott is a name he adopted after he defected from his clan and rejected their god when he discovered music and theatre (obviously from looting a lute and clothes from the corpse of a traveling bard LOL). There are still remnants from his old life that he still bears with him besides his childhood trophy necklace and his simple, crude Gnoll sword but for the most part he's trying his best to forge a new and lesser destructive lifestyle.
He's not particularly talented musically and his technique is far from elegant, but he makes up for it with a great deal of enthusiasm and passion.
