But this is my very first comic done at MCAD as part of, what I think was, a 'Dream Sequence' assignment in Intro to Comics (taught by the amazing Paul Fricke https://mcad.edu/faculty/paul-fricke ). Something based off a dream you had or something.
So this was the first time I'd ever actually had to do a comic with a criteria. I was brand new to the paper size (11x17 Canson paper), was brand new to having to use traditional brushes, ink pens, nibs, and comic tools, was brand new to blackspotting (inking black and white), knew nothing of anatomy, lettering, or environmental drawing.
Yeah, I was the definition of level 1 beginner. MAYBE you could say level 2 considering my background in digital comic art.
