- The Human hating Organization The Foot Clan were responsible for many crimes of thief and terrorizing local innocents from the streets and The Ninja Warrior Arata tries to find a way to stop them. With a strange encounter with a Foot Clan member a mutant female thieve named Sonia. She seems to take a liking to Arata but he does not feel that way towards her if facts she is different from the others he thinks there maybe some good in her.
