Feruda Feral Detailed Reference Sheet SFW (Updated Design...
A new reference that the talented HimeraGoldTail has done for me. This was a difficult reference to create. But in the end we pulled it off. I like to thank Himera for her amazing efforts into making this possible. I highly recommend to go check her out. Follow her for more fascinating artworks!
This is my first proper detailed reference of myself. I decided to have a more detailed reference sheet created to better help artists understand my general anatomy and details. You will likely also notice that some things have changed as well. I have done a slight redesign. I will get to that next. The majority of my anatomy and details have stayed the same. But a few things where improved even further and some things where removed as they no longer had any purpose to my specific unique design. So I will talk about the changes. I have made a list below.
-Runes have been better organized into a neater/simpler pattern. (The old design was too messy and complex for me and artists.)
-Ornate line markings on head and wings have stayed the same, but have been improved a lot. (To better fit the new improved design.)
-Head has been changed to a more simple and classic female western dragon style head. (Something more anatomically correct.)
-The 3 spikes on my cheek on the head have been removed. (Posed a hazard, could potentially cause injury, caused clutter on my head.)
-Tail spikes removed. (Posed a hazard, could for sure cause injury if tail is whipped at opponents, could cause injury to spine.)
-Dew claws removed on hind legs. (Pose a hazard, can cause injury if they get hung up on something, had no practical use on me.)
-Overall general anatomy has been improved and made highly realistic. (Made more anatomically correct to a female western dragon.)
That is all. Thank you once more to Himera for a job well done!
