For some reason, while the dialogue I imagine Cramorant saying is varied, I keep hearing it in the voice of Fluttershy (or, more precisely, Fluttergasm).
Maybe this is the look every Cramorant gets the first time their "missile" comes back to them.
"Oh! You came back!" *glomps* "I love you! And I'll bet you'll love me! We'll be teammates forever!" *holds his head high* "I HAZ A [insert species here]!!!"

I can't be the only one who always imagines Cramorant with the Pikachu in his mouth saying "I haz a chu!" and/or talking about how he saved him from drowning (which, to be fair, could easily be true; Dive involves extended time in the water, and Surf causes flooding).

Cramorant: "And when I spat him out for the first time, he came back to me."
