Ingredients:
1/2 cup Butter
1 cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- In a large bowl cream together all the butter and sugar
- Add the eggs to the butter and sugar mixture and beat them together for a solid minute. Use an electric hand mixer or something similar. !This step is important to create the cracking crust on top!
- Lightly stir in the vanilla extract
- Add the coca powder, flour, salt and baking powder. Be sure to use a sieve to prevent clumps
- Fully combine until the mixture is smooth. Don't be too rough or it'll ruin the solid egg beating. I suggest mixing with a spoon
- Grease a baking dish with butter, vegetable oil, coconut oil or anything really I'm not your mom.
- Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it out until it covers the bottom of the dish.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Try not to over bake!
- Enjoy!
**Little note. If you don't have a hand mixer or any way to really give it to those eggs, that is okay! This recipe will still turn out great, it just won't have a really crackly top.
