Back again with me and Sky. And she's still pissed at me.

Time of Ninjas
Welcoming Feast
Everyone heard gathered in the main eating hall as it would be a bit chilly tonight to eat outside. The ones from the Guardian Clan had the guests seats which were some of the best. The one who had brought the guests here, Karui, sat next to Mei, while the rest of her clan sat near their leader. Nicholas noticed Sky easily and saw her sit as far away from him as possible. The fosky figured she was angry and probably because of what he had done in the past. He didn’t blame her as he really had been a brat. The long-haired male shrugged as he would work with trying to smooth things over with the feline later. Some of the best food was to be survived as expected with the main course being a huge fish that had been caught in one of the nearby rivers and smaller ones. This all smelled good and everyone was eager to eat. Now you would think Sky would remove her face mask for eating but no luck for Nicholas. She kept it on but was able to open a tiny bit of it where the mouth was by a small flap so she could get the food to her mouth. The fosky had been hoping to see her face fully but figured there would be other opportunities. The guy talked with his clan members and those of Sky’s next to him but even so, the male stole glances at the feline he wished to talk to on occasion. “No luck with her, huh?” went a voice.
Nicholas turned and saw Yuki looking at him with a grin. “I recognize you,” he said. “Yuki, right?”
“So you did remember my name. Save me a bit of trouble of not doing a re-introduction.”
“Unless you missed my name.”
“Nah, you’re Nicholas,” the snow leopard replied with a grin.
“Then we’re on the same page.” The two shared a smile. “So uh… I guess you’re friends with her?”
“She’s my best friend. And before you ask, I am aware of what you did to her.”
The fosky was worried that this feline might be mad to but then saw Yuki still had her smile and it was real. There was no faking or hidden anger behind it. “Yeah, I really wish I hadn’t been such a brat to her,” Nicholas sighed. “I can see she still remembers and is probably pissed at me.”
“Yeah, Sky doesn’t let go of things like that easily,” Yuki commented. “But once you start working with her, I’m sure she’ll see you’ve changed since you sound like you have.”
“That’s what I’m planning on doing.”
“Shall I talk to her about this?”
“Nah, I think I can handle her,” the fosky replied. “But I do appreciate the help.”
“Well just know whatever happens and if you do manage to make it work, I’ll be happy for both of you. No matter what way it goes.”
They didn’t notice that Sky had spotted the two talking and was glaring at Nicholas. The Russian Blue knew she was going to have a talk with her friend. But then someone else asked her something which distracted the feline for now. “So then tell me what she’s been up to since I last saw her,” Nicholas then said to Yuki. “I mean eventually I’d like to hear it from her own mouth but for now you’ll do.”
The snow leopard was more than happy to share some of that and the missions she and Sky had been on. The feline did leave out any talk about sex as that was on the more private side. But that was okay as Nicholas probably wouldn’t have wanted to hear about it anyways. And his sex life was also off topic as well. But he listened eagerly to Yuki and asked questions. The male knew this information would help when the time came for him and Sky to go on missions and the fosky would know how she operated and what she could do. The meal passed by and then it became time to retire for the night. Mei announced to her clan members that in the morning, the guests were to be shown around their village. Sky just stayed silent, hoping she wouldn’t have to be the one who showed Nicholas anything. The decision for who would be figured out in the morning. Then with words of goodnight to everybody, everyone left the area to retreat to their own bed and sleep. For now it was time for dreamland and towards a new day in the village where the fun would begin.

I know I don't really have the food drawn here but the main focus is suppose to be on me and Sky. I can't wait for more chapter with me and her.
