Well, sudden loss of opposable thumbs due to unexpected ferilization for one. Though I guess the result of that is really more a tragedy than a comedy.

Here's the most hilarious scenario that I can think of: you're playing with your F7 diesel locomotive, you go to the kitchen get a cup of chocolate milk, then you went back to play with you F7 diesel only to find it missing. You tear up your roundhouse apart looking for it, but you are totally not aware that the F7 is on your back. And then you go to the bathroom and discover it was stuck on your BACK!!!!!! Then you have to clean up the mess that you created while you trying to locate it. Given the fact that you possibly have a giant roundhouse, it will take a few months or a year clean and organize it. I hope that you like my scenario.
