Ok, so now that I'm dropped back onto the face of the internet, here's a shot of the tail commission I finished while I was offline. It's yellow brass with an aluminum underbelly, and it's resting on its older brother, the first good tail I made for myself.

I have the same question, are they heavy? And how much did you charge for them again? I still dont have the cash but I've always had my eye on them. Typically furry stuff looks like it could only be worn at conventions, but with the right clothing and metal gear--a mail chain tail like that could look pretty fashionable.
