This is the first story of the canon universe for Fidget. Hopefully once the holidays come around I'll be able to post more pictures and stories that take place in it. Innr-Selvs and Fur Trek are not canon. Let me know what you think below, thanks!
Fidget woke up early on a Saturday morning. He yawned and sat up, becoming immediately aware of the mistake he’d just made. His mommy was stirred awake just a moment later by the feeling of her blanket being tugged; she looked down and noticed her little cub holding his Spyro plush in one paw and tugging on the blanket with his other. She could see that he had been crying, and the scent that hit her nose let her know why.
“Aw honey, messy again?” she said as she got up out of her bed. “Uh huh...” he sniffled. The little bobcat had been doing well with his potty training, well enough that he now wore big boy underwear during the day, but he still had accidents every night so he had to wear pull-ups to bed. The star on the front of his Alex the lion pull-up was gone, indicating he’d peed his pants too.
She picked him up and rubbed his back as she kissed his forehead. “It’s ok sweetheart, let’s get you changed” she said to him soothingly. She carried him back into his room and laid him down on his changing table just as she had done countless times since the days her little cub couldn’t speak and walked on all fours. To Fidget it was just there to painfully remind him he wasn’t a big cub yet.
As his mommy cleaned him up and threw away his wet and messy pull-up, she took notice that cuddling his plush didn’t seem to cheer him up. “Don’t feel so bad Fidget, you’re still a big cub,” she told him. “But when can I wear my big boy pants to bed?” he whined. “Soon enough little guy, just be patient” she replied to him. She set him down on the floor without a new pull-up on, she smiled as she watched him go over to his dresser and open his underwear drawer.
Fidget’s eyes lit up as he saw what was inside, there were some new underwear he’d seen at the store the other day but his mommy couldn’t afford them that day. He pulled out one of the pairs of briefs and held it up high in front of his mommy. “You got me those pokémon underwear I wanted!” he exclaimed. “That’s right, they’re all yours my big cub” mommy said.
He ran over and hugged her tight. “Oh thank you! Thank you! Thank you!” he said as he nuzzled her, his short tail wagged like a dog’s. “You’re very welcome. Now put them on, it’s not polite to run around nude” she giggled. “Sorry mommy” he said as he blushed. He’d only worn underwear for a few days now, but he often got so excited that he’d forget to put them on before running around the house.
He held the white briefs with red trim out in front of him. They had the pokémon logo and images of the 4 Kanto starters on the back. He loved Pokémon very much, so much that his mommy had gotten him a pet Growlithe as soon as he was old enough to be around pokémon. He put his footpaws through the waist and through the leg holes, then wiggled his tushy as he pulled them up over him. He turned around and asked mommy to thread his tail through the tail-hole; he still needed help with that part.
“Hold on a second, I’ll be back” mommy said as she left to go to the living room. Fidget looked at his undie-butt in the mirror as he waited for her to return. His big boy pants always made the other cubs jealous at the daycare center, and he knew these would too. Mommy returned with her video camera and started recording her cub; the other furs on Your-tube Live always loved seeing his happy face. “Say hi to your followers Fidget” said mommy. “Hi! I got new underwear!” Fidget replied as he showed off for the camera and waved. The video would be shared 100,000 times within the hour.
Fidget picked up Spyro and hugged him close, he didn’t feel sad anymore. “I wanna go show Blaze my new undies too” the little bobcat said. “Nuh uh uh,” mommy said as she shook her finger at him, “go potty first.” “Oh right, c’mon Spyro”, together the cub and plush ran out of the room. Mommy stopped recording and giggled at how cute he was. “I wish you could see him Mark, he’s a riot” she said, referring to her late husband and father of her cub.
A short time later Fidget had placed Spyro by the back door and opened it. Blaze came running inside and happily tackled his little trainer, licking and nuzzling him. The Growlithe wore a plain white diaper since the landlord wouldn’t normally allow pets because he worried about accidents on the carpets. “Hehe, hi Blaze” said Fidget. Blaze backed off so he could get up. Fidget turned around and showed off his underwear. “Like my new underwear?” Fidget asked him. Blaze looked at them curiously and sniffed them before smiling and barking as a sign of approval.
“Ok you two, breakfast time!” shouted his mommy. “Coming mommy!” he shouted back. He ran off to the kitchen without Spyro. Blaze carefully picked up the plush in his mouth and followed.
