The most popular type of magic studied by elflings, this is the magic of being able to awaken, reawaken or repair the natural or innate magic's within natural objects or crafted items, usually things using woods, metals and gemstones. It is part spellwork and part smithy, as it cab be applied to enchantments, enhancements, tools, weapons, jewelry and any other thing they decide to get creative with.

However, despite being the school with the most students, it's also considered one of the hardest to master to some due to the "all or nothing" nature of the craft. Either one succeeds by awakening and balancing the item so it reaches it's potential, fail to awaken it at all and risk making it inert from stressing it, or over-awakening it and causing a magical detonation.

It's usually these students that end up with injuries and runic burns from doing "too well".
