ok there are lots of little notations on there let me see if i can type them all up
this is an armadillo quad suit that can fully curl up like a real armadillo
poses. the top main pose is the person on hands (fists) and knees with legs bound and feet in the base of the tail.
the one directly under the foot of that drawing is a bottom view of the same pose (the tail would be waggable in an up down motion)
next to that on the side is a filly curled up pose but the person wearing it would have to actually be on their side because the tail would be pinned and there would be nothing to stand on or support yourself with. in this pose the feet get smooshed into the belly and the paws are put into the hollow head
the curled up pose under the head of the first pose is a top view of the fully curled up position
at the tail of that one is the head of the pose where the armadillo is standing upright, which means the person wearing it is kneeling on bolth knees with feet str8 behind and the tail in the same
the small drawing next to that is a partially curled up pose, it does not have the tail pinned up
one of the notes says it would take a little bit to get into the fully curled pose because you would have to pin up the tail near the snout, this pose may make it a little difficult to breathe except for the fact of fresh air coming through the eyes, which would be mostly mesh with a jewel bright eye in the middle of this dark mesh patch where you see out of.
head just a hollow shell shape with a zipper or snaps underneath to allow the hands to hide there while curled up
the tail
the persons feet join together in the tail, and by wagging your feet you can wag your tail when standing on hands and knees in the upright uncurrled position and can in the fully curled position be pinned in place to complete the curl (this must be done by the spotter as he would have hands lol) the tail is attatched to the top of the shell at two points to allow the tail to curl without distorting the shells shape whan fully curled
the ears
have animatronics that allow them to rotate and twitch
the eyes
are large patches of mesh with the eyeball in the center allows air to moove *freely* as well as giving the wearer maximum possible vision field
the front paws
are big padded leg gloves with a support for your arm so that you arent actually standing with weight on your fists
the shell
is able to expand at the *spine and contract at the edges on the sided to allow the suit to fully and partially curl up
the legs
are re enforced in the specific kneeling shape with strong foam and perhaps elastic bands and are well padded and sort of stiff so that your legs stay currled up while in suit the legs are a solid piece which is attached on the outer side of the leg to the inside of the shell but not to the tail
***artist note about legs*** lazy suzan hinges? big round same theory as a button snap sold at tapp plastics also larger and more durrable and permanant than button snaps, which would be too small to hinge the leg off the shell*** would need to find somthing detatchable hinge for the sided of the head
ok, thats the general explanation, now heres what all the tiny notes say, these i wrote on as notations while i was drawing. i dont know how i could put them in any order, so ill just type them all down here one at a time because i know you are all going insane trying to read my tiny, tiny writing.
WOuld be able to see up well, but not so well, objects under snout would be unable to see very well at all.
Separate head piece, big hollow shell head
Zipper on head back flap (in-progress piece and got rid of the zipper in final design)
An opposed position may have to be installed and there is a free walk mode where you can see more freely when walking (Slightly changed the shape of the head so that it would not be needed)
There's a big cavity on your back in the standing position where the shell is.
Getting into the curly position would have to take a while but could put buttons on the inside of the sleeves so that nothing would show in the curled position because, it is almost like tow separate costumes and the shape is odd.
Feet join together in-tail.
The scales of the bands of the back are longer than they look because they need to expand into the fully curled position. May need to add snaps when in curled position.
I would able to wag my tail
Button on the tip of the tail
Murr flufff
Zip on the bottom of the jaw
Hollowed shell
Belly fluff snaps onto the inside of the otuer shell leaving room for the arms to go through at the right spot which begins at the base of the neck and ends at your crotch
FLoppy soft foot gets squished into the belly during fully curled toes becuase the front of the head needs to show
Bottom view standing
Poof
Arms showing paws inside of the head in the fully curled position
Leather scales or fleece
Curled position with spine bent
Round spot = places where button snaps may be
On side it's side uncurled, with very fluffy section between your butt and the tail, basically where your leg bends (cancel that, there's a big piece of fluff at the base of the tail on the bottom side)
During walking it would look like the armadillo was sniffing the ground and could periodically look up
Open slit zipper to keep the 360 cover on the head and allow curling as that is where the hands and the bottom of the feet would go when curled
Front shell panel snaps on the neck, can rest on elbows
Front belly snaps on at sides and at crotch
Squish
Movement type would be shuffle-y, quick, or slow
Fix human anatomy
Tail corrected
Arms are attached to squishy suit and go through holes in the button snap belly to stand. (This was revised)
Ears could have automatic movement
Squishy knee supports
May not be able to make the tail curl in final design (but theoretically it should work)
**Instructions for how to get in suit
Start by putting your legs into the legs of the fursuit. And your feet into the tail. Because the tail and legs are attached to the shell, most of it would be on by this point. Then, you would put on the head, and after the head, would be the arms which would be fairly stiff. Have your spotter snap on the belly patch.
