Wow! Impressive for the first time trying Zbrush! I recommand to sculpt it with open jaws if you plan to turn it into fully rigged model :D

oh, yes, maybe, now i should transform it and make remesh if i understand right (to make space inside) But i stil not understand how i can make it without without affecting the whole model
