It is not entirely hand-done but for the most part it is. I first draw up the whole page with your standard #2 pencil and then after scanning and printing a copy (in case I screw up coloring) then I color it with my Crayola colored pencils. A friend of mine then goes and uses GIMP to darken the panel borders, word bubble borders, and the text itself along with cleaning up the white space outside panels.
But yeah, it is done by hand for the most part.
