Chapter 12: The Mother Trilogy

Here we go! This is the first of what will be regular postings of UTC on FurAffinity. It's odd how reluctant I've been to post the comic here despite the fact that it's such a significant part of how I became a known quantity in the TF community. I mostly thought it was redundant to do so, since it was already in two other places on the internet. But I was also worried about blending my family-friendly (public-facing) online identity with my super-pervy TF fetish fursona. The lines have gotten very blurred since then, so I can't think of a good reason not to post new pages to this gallery. (I could have created a different FA account, but I have enough trouble managing the galleries I already have. It might have quickly gone defunct like my transformation Blogspot archive.)
If you're not familiar with UTC, this is my ongoing webcomic about a sister and brother who are transformed into anthros against their will and have to learn to live with it (one of them finds it a lot easier than the other). There are 11 complete issues ("chapters") that you can read at http://www.utc-comic.com
This kicks off "The Mother Trilogy," the 12th chapter that is running on my website, then reposted to deviantArt and here. Due to the size of the archive, I won't post older chapters here. (We're 252 pages in at this point.)
Now, about the cover image -- This chapter is kind of different. There isn't really a single visual that could give a coherent representation of what it's about. I was at a loss for what to draw on the cover, until I idly entertained the thought "What if this were like a TV series that made a gag opening credits sequence for an offbeat episode?" That's when the idea popped into my head to draw a version of the Vol. 1 trade paperback cover peppered with elements from this chapter.
That cover was a huge challenge for me to draw, so it was a little intimidating to try capturing lightning in a bottle again. But I plugged away at it and I think it holds up at least decently. The perspective on the dollhouse is way off, but this scene is so surreal to begin with I feel like that's not really a problem.
