Seen a few mall layouts, and at the lower tiers it's a pain to get everything squeezed into a nice strip. But logic bots upgrade the mall to a new level once you get them!

That's a nice layout , i usually don't bother bringing it into a nice shape, only for things that are sometimes needed in exceptionally large quantities, like conveyors.
For all the other stuff there is always the logistic system request feature in your inventory, the bots will do all the collecting. :D
