... even if you presume that this interpretation of Amy is equivalent to a statistically average 5'6" (167 cm) human woman, hold the smallest average cup (that isn't a shot glass) in your hand or up to your head and compare the scale to that cup.

When drawing in cartoon/chibified style, relative scale with props and environment is just as important as proportional consistancy within the character themselves.

Logically, the scale of a cup in a world of characters with exagerated heads and hands would be relative to the size of the hands that hold them and the heads that drink them, not to the scale of the torso, as if they had realistically sized hands, which is thematically irrelevant.

its all good :P. Yes te cup is a bit small for hands and head of that size though dunno how well a proportionally sized cup would hold there. But I guess it doesnt matter too much in the end |D
