Temporarily named after the japanese dragon and sea god. He is a dragon taking a humanoid form. He is old, very old. He shaped and created the independent citystate (think ancient greece) that Nimble and my other OC (temporary name Gunther) live in. Though only one of many who claimed the land, he used his magics to form the city out of the elements. He is the only of the founders still alive, and lives in solitude now. He is however, extremely powerful.
