Theo's a loan officer for the local branch of his bank, and known for his open and friendly disposition. He's frequently shown potential for promotion to manager.

That, of course, is what he does for a living.

As a lifestyle, though, Theo is a sub to his Daddy, Ned Caswell. The beaver's sometimes very strict as a Dom, always ready to punish his boy if he does wrong. Theo's proud to wear Ned's collar, and is a watersports fetishist.
