Terms of Service: TOS for the Vashie arts

I WILL HAPPILY DRAW:

- Any and all types of character (human, anthro, feral, organic, inorganic, cute, eldritch abomination, whatever!)
- Designs that have no other visual reference provided adequate and/or flexible descriptions (designing from scratch is awesome too!)
- I am okay with pornographic art but not the most comfortable with it.
- Femboys
- Big Beautiful Women
- Pregnancy art (one of my faves seriously)
- Gay, Straight, Otherwise is fine
- Taurs
- Blood and violence are a-okay too! (but I reserve the right to deny them if too extreme)
- Just about anything barring the stuff in the next category below. No, seriously.

I WILL NOT DRAW:

- Anything Such as cub porn, Scat, Watersports, Overly hyper characters
- Rape scenarios Are Absolutely NOT
- Hard core BDSM (some light bondage is Ok)
- Chars with really weird anatomy

QUICK RUNDOWN OF STANDARD COMMISSION VARIETIES:

- Icons Are $20 USD
- Con badges $30 USD
- Busts $20 USD
- Sketches $20 USD *
- Colored Sketches $30 USD *
- Line art $30 USD *
- Lined Flat colors $40 USD *
- Lined full color $60 USD (+$30 for detailed background) *
- Flat Colored chibi's $15 USD *
- Full Colored chibi $20 USD *
- Custom Adoptables $20 USD *
- Tattoo Designs $30 USD
- Full detail Paintings $20 USD per hr (Full on Painted scenes, which can be 15 hours and up. These are extremely variable depending on content.)
- Additional Characters will be $10 on all Flat colored pieces
- Additional characters Will be $20 on Full colored pieces
- On the Painting additional characters will be $20 an hr Extra (sorry but these take a lot of time and effort)

PROTOCOL FOR THOSE LOOKING TO OBTAIN A SLOT:

- Send me a note containing ALL relevant information, written and visual, of the characters in question. This includes descriptions, piece expectations/wants, and ALL absolutely “must have” elements.*

- Send payment to animal_and_anime_lover[at]yahoo.com via paypal WITH A NOTE ATTACHED of your FA username. If I don’t have the latter, it’s hard to tell who sent me what. Don’t be that person! Just Your username do NOT include that it's for FA*

*ALL NOTES AND PAYMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF A SLOT CLAIM UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE. Failure to do this will AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT your slot for that round. Please, if you cannot get me pay and information in this window, DON’T make a claim in the first place.

*I have the right to refuse commissions as I see fit Based on rudeness of commissioner or other personal problems.

*- Full Refunds will only be given in a few instances, and they are as follows;
a) I have not started your commission and you have requested the refund.
b) I have not started your commission, and it has been over 3 weeks since payment.
c) I have not started your commission, and I decide to refund you for any reason.

- Partial Refunds will only be given in a few instances, and they are as follows:
a) I have started your commission, in any form (i.e; Sketch work). At this point you will be issued a refund depending on how much work was put into the picture prior.

- You are not eligible for refund if;
a) The commission has been completed and delivered to you
After you have received the digital version of your artwork, you cannot get a refund.
You are responsible for your own self, and money when it comes to commissioning me.
Please note, art is a luxury. If you are unable to afford commissioning me, and cannot hold up your end of the transaction, please do not commission me to work for you.

* I reserve the right to make prints of any work created for sale at conventions/gathering/etc for any commissions accepted and produced unless alternative reproduction rights (commissioner pays additional fees for sole rights) are agreed upon when the work is proposed. Out of courtesy, I will not produce prints of any commissioned work made before this date without the express permission and blessings of all respective commissioners. 4/27/2016
