ABtheGreat always talks to me about the endless wonders of the great outdoors. Yet I really don't see how this hiking thing compares to the wonderful greatness of the endless indoors [buffet].

So far, all I've endured is mosquito bites, mud all over my claws, frayed feathers, and a now empty stash of energy bars. And sure, that lake is quite nice, but I could just as well watch it from the comfort of my sofa while downing an entire carton of Rocky Road covered in white snowy peaks of whipped cream.

But nah... that springy little otter somehow convinced me to follow him into the wilderness and he says we still have... WHAT?? Two and a half kilometers???

I might need to catch my breath... do you happen to have any more of those power bars? I couple of boxes might just be enough to get me through the next hill...

...but I'm making no promises here.

This is a piece I made for the fantastic  ABtheGreat , who has been a great inspiration, an incredible teacher, and an extraordinary friend for the past few years His birthday just went by at the beginning of November and I figured I could make something quick to celebrate such an exemplary fellow!!

And don't get me wrong, we both enjoy hiking and nature just as much, but with him being all compact, he can easily go places where larger fellows were simply just not meant to go... Still, I'm sure the promise of a hot cocoa and marshmallows once they return to their cabin will be enough to push Tzin to reach their destination. He's just being a panting and wheezing drama llama.
