UFG Fact: In recent times, King Silver publicly came out with his distaste for the death penalty. He believed criminals and prisoners of war could be rehabilitated back into society to serve a greater purpose and dispatching one's life would be saved for more serious crimes. He passed a law making it a requirement for doctors to treat the sick and injured regardless of their backgrounds. However, it's impossible to enforce the law in outer cities and the few that do, must send word to the king of any suspicious persons undergoing treatment.
