Here's a character I adopted some time ago. He was supposed to be a mean-spirited dragon genie, but the role's been already taken and I didn't really have an idea for this OC, I didn't want to get rid of him though. Luckily, meanwhile, my superhero character project has become true and I needed some nemesis for him. Then I reminded myself of Rush. Sadly, his look doesn't seem to fit a villain. However, thanks to the help of some talented artist(JasmineRobotnik on Deviantart), I managed to change him almost entirely (along with his name).
