Early in the comic strip, Lieutenant Fred tells the story of how Duchess Songween, angry over giving birth to three boys in a row, disembowels her consort, Lord Knollys, blaming his "stupid Y-chromosome" for her lack of a daughter and heir.

Using the character generator program at the Hero Forge web site, I recreated the cartoon image as 3D virtual models.
I had to use the Advanced Posing tools to change Knollys' pose and remove the figure's base. The program can only make one figure at a time. I rotated the figures until they were in about the right relative positions. Then I downloaded screenshots to Photoshop and put the two figures together,
The base figures used are the "Anthro Canine Female" with the "Faun" tail. Songween's ears are Goblin ears, and Knollys' ears are Large Animal Ears. Usually I use Large Rodent Ears for the hyenas, but in this instance, Knollys' ears are folded back, and Songween's are battlescarred.
With Hero Forge, "close" is usually pretty good.

That wouldn't be hard, just more posing.
You can noodle around on Hero Forge, but their terms of use forbid resale of their figures--they're supposed o be one-off, bespoke collectibles.
And anyway, this figure exists only in Photoshop. I'd have to buy the two figures and glue them together.
I did see in the site's FAQ that I ca buy the files to print things up myself. But for that I'd need a printer...
