First god of a pantheon for a campaign I'm writing.

It was originally a machine, the attempt of mortals to reach perfection somehow. To further symbolize that need for perfection, it's a god that's quite literally always changing. It's acolytes travel all around the world, seeking knowledge and the finest materials to add to it.
The main body's composed of several limbs, but it mostly only shows two arms from under the robes. It's also immobile, about 20 feet tall and with a mechanical root system that keeps it in place.
As it hardly moves, a lot of non-believers confuse it for a statue.
