Noivern is one of my fave Pokemon, so of course I had to make a form-change for myself as one. Some friends said I should do it more anthro this time, so I took their advice and went for it. Of course kept my bands, and my neck fluff seems to have the same drooping-sweep problem as my bangs usually do ^^;
