I wouldn't call it dumb, just naive and innocent to sex. remember, she had to raise her sister on her own from a young age. she never had time or would try to have time to have a relationship and sex was the last thing on her mind.

I feel like the sentiment of her not knowing actual sex positions may be believable if it was more risque concepts. Missionary is too vanilla to not know what it is. Rachel comes off a little too savvy to not be at least aware of some simple sex terms, moreso if she's THAT underwhelmed by Miles on her first go to know it wasn't a great performance.

Well keep in mind, Sarah's the one who apparently didn't even know what kissing looked like until she saw Taffy and Randal do it at the lake, while Rachael prior to this arc was a literal child prodigy who absolutely did know at least basic-ass things about sex.
