So Igia is an assassin killer, who doesn't just kill, but tortures victims with paranoia about them finding broken glass in their shoes or needles in their food, something like that. Some extraordinary abilities makes it easier for her to make them commit suicide or just become less careful to get in her basement. She can use poisons. She's an adept of the Eternity Cult, which controls her behavior and doesn't let her left the cult. Igia doesn't resist tho. The cult is her style of life.

The red stone on her neck is really a little bottle of bromine.The Eternity powers can make her poison herself if she has no other choice.
