This is a print for my dining room and I thought I've offer a few limited prints to others. I will allow 10 or 15 prints to be sold before I cancel print options.
This surprisingly did not take me very long at all! :) I was tweaking the settings on my Wacom again and playing around with new brush strokes and getting stuff re-set up again. There is a Rembrant that my Grandmother has that I have loved since I was a child. It is of a girl with mops and a bucket. Since I only want to feature paintings of whimsical anthro dogs in my home, I decided to make my own that is inspired from that picture. :) It has the same general idea and colors. I just adore the warm hues.
The girl dog is a Finnish Spitz. She is a scullery maid, which was the lowest-ranking maid in the house and they often did the hardest work. I wonder if she is happy or annoyed or what is going on. :) It's hard to tell, but that is fun. You get to decide!

In the dog world Miyazaki created for Sherlock Hound, and the same world my own character lives in, none of the dogs have tails. XD I love that world so much and I want to reflect that in my home. :)
So, no tails. XD At least it's one more body part that won't get caught in doors!

You did a wonderful job with the textures and the atmosphere and the barley visible lines in most of these lend to a beautiful seamless look that just makes this seem so rich and creamy, and the earthy colors and warm highlights give it a and warm and cozy feel!
