Finally, the Municipal Enforcer makes his first action appearance in the comic!

The Municipal Enforcer is a bizarre superhero who operates in the north Detroit metropolitan area. His primary field of concern is with people who break minor city laws (municipal ordinances), like speeding, littering, shoplifting, jaywalking, and other such relatively small offenses. He'll occasionally work to foil a bank robbery or stop a murder, but municipal ordinances are his primary concern.

He answers to the various city councils of the north Detroit area and helps to enforce their city laws. However, due to his often violent and over-the-top methods, certain cities like Clawson and Detroit have forbidden him to enter therein.

No one knows the Municipal Enforcer's true origins. Various theories abound, but he keeps his past a secret from everybody. The Municipal Enforcer's sidekick is Justice Jellyfish, a flying sea jelly that helps him aprehend criminals with her electric stingers. She is his closest friend and rumored lover.

Despite his brutal approach to small-claims crime, the Municipal Enforcer is a beloved hero who does the dirty work to help free his cites from crime. He rarely maims or kills, but when he does, the people certainly deserved it!

He is a friend to the people and acts as an avenging angel. He's no threat as long as you don't break the law. He's really a nice guy if you get to know him.
