I choose to live and to
Lie, kill and give and to
Die, learn and love and to
Do what it takes to step through
See my shadow changing,
Stretching up and over me
Soften this old armor
Hoping I can clear the way
By stepping through my shadow,
Coming out the other side
Step into the shadow
Forty six and two are just ahead of me
-Tool, '46 and 2'
Speed painted in SAI, and I love the chaotic look of the brushstrokes. It sums up everything that is Khresh'thak. I had been wanting to do a piece like this for -ever-, since hearing this song for the first time so many years ago, and only now did it come together.

Saw the title, and had a O.O! OMG ANOTHERWHITEWOLFERSQUEEE! moment.
Ahem. Ok, now that that's overwith....
VERY cool piece. LOVE the chaos, the painterly feel, and your rendition of stepping sideways. Very much fits the feel I always had when our GM described going over to the 'other side'.
Also? BSD Was he a tainted Red Talon?

He was raised Fianna, but there was speculation that he was one of those 'lost in the woodwork' White Howlers that crop up from time to time, and so was doomed to walk the Spiral despite anyone's best efforts.
He's white naturally, but dyes his fur red symbolically.

My main NPC when the hubby and I ran our werewolf/vamp LARP was a Fianna metis. Only one player was ever diligent enough to find out his father was a BSD. He was a bit...unstable. Something about the crazy ones makes them so much fun to play! ;3
Meh, personally don't think you missed much w/ Forsaken. Maybe I'm a snob/purist, but I think they took away too much of what make the WW werewolves different from the sterotypical slobbering monsters unable to control themselves. WtA was my very first RPG, and I can't stand the new system. :p
