It's Beech (Squirtle) and Cedar (Bulbasaur) from the story, Starting in the Lab - Kanto, just outside and acting cute with each other.

Cedar is jumping onto the Squirtle's lap to give him a hug, which he seems more than happy to receive, hehe.

You know that these two love each other but just don't want to admit it.

Anyway, now they get a picture of their own, since I've already sort of drawn one of Maple.
