I think I just threw up in my mouth thinking about it. Pastries should never be mixed with meat and egg byproduct aka mayo.

the puff pastry has next to no flavor on its own. its pretty much a light container for the filling. handy thing is it can be used in dessert fillings as well. I've done a custard filling, fruit fillings, mousse fillings with this as well. perfect for parties n stuff. one reason I like the 'shot glass' is because they are simple and easy to put together, and you can make them up ahead of time and simply assemble when its time.
