Who didn't see this one coming? It's Patches as the scout from Team Fortress 2, and yeah I had to change the costume up a bit. Little belly shirt and spandex running shorts.

In the game scouts are the fastest things out there, can double jump (and change direction with the second jump without having to touch the ground). They are fast but unless one sneaks up behind you they don't hit very hard but they splatter pretty good when you blow one up. I just don't like how egotistical the scout character is..
