Yeah, I made his design based on the Soviet Uniform and other European uniforms. XD and yeah, I'm not so good with coming up with cool lines X_X .
Zaniger has come from the Northern Cold Regions of Sinnoh, he is what you what you say, a foreign exchange student.
Zaniger Sverzhenskii (Can be called Zan, Zanny by his comrades)
Age: 17 (close to 18 very soon)
Year: Junior
Height: 5'11"
Pokemon: Houndour

Team: Team Rookie
Personality: Solider-Like, Strict, Disciplined, Serious, Brave, Cool-headed til he enters the arena then he unleash his fury.

About Zaniger's Background:
His Father is part of the army in that region and is a Colonel there. He was known as the "Devil Hound" among his comrade for his brave actions in the battlefield and pouring fear towards his opponents. He had put his son into military training by the time he was 5. Trying to make a perfect soldier out of Zaniger, he made his son had to survive in the freezing wilderness from time to time with little equipment with dangerous conditions. you could say that Zaniger has been through hell and back.... but he doesn't regret it. Zaniger had also went to military academy as well. In there, he has risen up in the ranks, gaining admirable praises from High-Ranking officers there as well from his comrades too. He has decided to participate in a Foreign exchange student program to PCA, in order to show what are the capablities his military academy has taught him....
Extra facts:
He gots a lot of scars on his body from the harsh survival regimen his father put him though. (Fighting Ursarings also gave him such scars as well. XD)
His Uniform is fire-retardant, so that it doesn't burn no matter how much fire and heat he puts out.
He fights in that uniform in the arena.
His Hat is a memento of his Grandfather.
