A redesign of an old character I made back in 2011 named Voltage, I noticed I always drew him grinning so I thought to myself "hey! lets turn him into a Hyena!" also if it ain't obvious he has electricity/lightning powers :3 (oh and he has a really small back story which is now scrapped due to the redesign ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )
