I can't believe I never uploaded this! It's pretty old but I still like it. I made it for  kyoht's Bump in the Night portfolio. Gosh that was five years ago already?

The ahuizotl is a monster of Aztec mythology. It is cross between a monkey and a dog, according to some sources I've read. It lives in water and makes human cries, like those of a baby, to draw the attention of a person. Once the person is close enough, it grabs the said victim with the hand on the end of its tail and drowns them. After allowing the body to rot for three days, it eats the eyes, teeth, and nails of the deceased. Here, the ahui has already eaten the eyes and is working on the teeth.
