Was just doing some practice work to keep my skills up and decided to do a Valentine themed cake. Unfortunatly I have much to work on for my writing skills, but it didnt turn out too badly.
The cake itself is a vanilla chiffon, with home made white chocolate butter cream icing, I put a layer of raspberry jam in between but I hate using store bought stuff but I had nothing else unfortunatly, then I just did alittle piping and sprinkle decoration and there we have it.
...... Now to figure out what to do with the darn thing..... *sweatdrop*

Wow! I do cakes myself from time to time. It's tons of fun, but I'm not big on sweets ether. I end up pushing a lot of my cakes and stuff on to other people.
Anyway, I love how this turned out! The decorations just look fantastic! I love it! My cakes tend to look pretty great, but I should follow your example and practice decorating. Again, great job!
