During the last few months I've lost two friends to suicide. One of them would have been turning 23 today. So this is a birthday tribute to them.

Everyone has their own battles no one knows about. But I feel like everyone needs to know that no matter what everything's going to be okay. At some point things will turn for the better. Never throw your life away. If anyone who is struggling with depression/having suicidal thoughts and reading this, please please please get help. There's people out there who'll listen/ want to help. My notes are always open if anyone needs comfort.
