It's actually drawn with pencil, heh.
But yeah, you're really right on the anatomy part. Strangely enough, it's supposed to be the tongue sticking out... but it somehow turned out looking like part of the jaw, making it more protruding than normal :(
But yeah :P still practicing the anatomy!
