Glinda is a shy sweet, yet cunning little Rugrats who loves to play around with anyone, especially her beloved Rylo.
One thing she likes about is his charms, his big hat, and his hilarious anger, oh and even him sticking his tongue out on a breezy day or in a fast car and train.

Glinda is born with wind superpower from her grandmother who earned that same superpower from the Native American Spirit.
Glinda's parents are from Turkey, they got divorced when she was four, Glinda and her mom moved to England but her dad came back and killed her mother when she was 7. Glinda's dad continually beaten up Glinda until Glinda had enough, she used her powers to push her dad away and used the wind to gather all of the sharp kitchen knives and stabbed him. Glinda ran away remain invisible for almost a year and a half, barely remembering herself how beautiful she was and hardly telling herself that it wasn't her fault.
