Probably has to do with the boots used, they all come out a bit different.

Quick question. Are the hoof boots intended/able to be worn outside for a LARP, or are they more for indoor use? Just wondering about the hooves themselves and how they hold up dealing w/ uneven ground/rocks/etc. in regards to chipping, scuffing and the like?

Iiiii...would would not wear these for a boffer larp cause while they can take a beating, boffer larp can be INTENSE with the amount of running and leaping and god knows what else so I think if anything could destroy these things, that kind of activity would be it. Also one just cannot run as fast in these, its just not safe or doable.

They are all really gorgeous, btw. Have seen a lot of people do the hoof/paw thing, but you do top notch work! The hooves especially look pretty seamless. Brava. :3

Ohhh that makes me curious then, this year I'm starting as a street performer at our renaissance faire in my faun outfit....think they can withstand some non running/leaping/etc in the outdoors?
