More serious and down to the ground of the two, Karren was always known as the voice of reason and was always there to keep an eye on Darryl, trying to get him out of any kind of danger or trouble. Always calm and collected, she always thinks of possible strategies first before going into battle, and tries her best to give useful advices to her brother. Unlike Darryl, she's kind towards Xander and can be often seen trying to keep Darryl from pestering him or his girlfriend in a typical Misty-Brock fashion (Pokemon fans, you know what I'm talking about XD). In younger days she harbored a mild crush on Zeke, even today she sometimes admits that she finds him eyecatching, on occasions even teases him in a joking manner.
