Kateryne, overwhelmed with a cocktail of emotion rests her head onto Shawn's chest. The stress and fear seeps away as she gently dozes off. Through the armour and kevlar sheets Kate could almost feel safe as Shawn gently sways her in his arms. The war feels to fare way for her now, all she thinks about is this moment, now, at a place in life she though couldn't get worse, Shawns warm embrace lifts her out. The moment slips away as Kate falls asleep.
