The room buzzed with a dull droning both of the florescent lights illuminating the monotone floor and walls, and of the air conditioning unit pumping out heated air into the compact training room. Instruction was simple for this work out, follow the lead of the instructor, hold the poses until told otherwise, and for safety, notify the nearest personnel if you were feeling faint from the heat. But with every minute passing, more and more eyes fell away from the instructor at the front of the room, and more on a particularly massive reptile attending. Sweat built and rolled off the curves of her straining muscles, bulging with an unapparent effort as she calmly went through the motions with barbells clenched in each clawed hand. Her motions were exaggerated and off, a hip cocked too far out to the side, her positioning angled in a way that would reveal a bit too much to certain onlookers, and the gaze she gave to those she caught looking...
