I use Clip Studio EX and it has an asset store I browse every once in awhile. I found this brush set by a user called gna. You might be able to search gna in the search bar and find their brushes. This particular brush set was titled: "アナログコピック" which you could copy and paste in the bar as well!

I LOVE these brushes. I download new ones all the time, but always end up going back to these in particular. They're really great!
