He has trousers now.
No but seriously, I felt his design was top heavy with all the detail in the hair and furred arms, with that also breaking up the large amount of pale brown skin he has. The trousers help fix that issue (as well as making him decent).
But other than that nothing has changed, just a better ref to draw from.
