This character is based on Skimbleshanks from "Cats." The armwarmers, legwarmers, tail, and unitard were all commissioned for a production of the show in the Dominican Republic. The wig is personally owned. I'm also a huge fan of this picture, because I feel like Max from Where the Wild Things Are. Rawr, my tail is too long! I'll eat you up!
