This was a long time coming, but now that I'm better equipped from a technical standpoint I've finally been able to put this together. So this is my new icon for dA and here on FA, and it includes my finalised, fully refined digital colour take on my fursona/key OC Nemo. I'm WAY more happy with this one, the old one was WAY too clunky and amateurish for me to really live with.
